WellText is not incorporated and is not a limited liability company. The current business structure is Sole Proprietor.

By creating a WellText account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and the SMS Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old and be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

WellText is an accountability and reminder service designed to send text-message reminders you schedule and to record your replies. Text messaging is launching during the WellText beta and is not active yet.

• WellText does not provide medical advice.
• WellText does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
• WellText does not prescribe medication or determine medication dosage.
• WellText does not instruct users to take doubled or missed doses.
• WellText does not replace a physician, pharmacist, or other licensed provider.
• WellText is not an emergency monitoring service and does not automatically alert emergency services. In an emergency, call 911 or the appropriate emergency service.

The WellText beta is provided at no cost and without a credit card. Beta features, pricing, and usage limits may change. Joining the beta does not enroll you in a paid subscription, and beta users will not be charged automatically. You will be notified before paid plans are introduced.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account.

• Do not use WellText for unlawful, abusive, or harassing purposes.
• Do not enroll a mobile number you are not authorized to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Do not use WellText to send messages on behalf of third parties.

WellText does not guarantee that any message will be delivered, delivered on time, or received. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply.

You may stop using WellText and request account deletion at any time. WellText may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for the messaging program.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [SOLE PROPRIETOR LEGAL NAME] will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any missed reminder, missed medication, missed meal, or health outcome arising from use of the service.

These Terms may be updated. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
